Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 S&F Protection Operations Specialists for an opening in Everett, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is for an integral member of the Security and Fire Protection (S&FP) Aviation Security Team responsible for enterprise aviation security credentialing & program management for the company, including credentialing of employees for airport access, coordination, implementation, and compliance monitoring. The candidate will support Aviation Security Credentialing operations to enable timely and efficient support to the program customers. Additional duties include supporting strategic planning, implementation, and tracking of actions and accomplishments; collect, analyze, format, and manage enterprise aviation security program data to provide visibility and metrics to enable risk prioritization and compliance monitoring; support aviation security compliance assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities in Boeing procedures and processes, to measure and identify enhancements.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Customer Service - Advanced Level
Organizational Analysis - Intermediate Level

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
