Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an opening in Mason, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential aspects of the position include the ability to multi-task without compromising quality of work, reliability, flexibility and professional demeanor. Answers and screens incoming telephone calls and responds to, or re-directs them to the individual or department best qualified to handle the caller's specific matter. Obtains accurate detailed messages when individuals are not available. Maintains presence at front desk and greets all visitors, directing each to the appropriate area or person. Opens, sorts, reviews, prioritizes and distributes incoming mail; handles outgoing items via filing, mail, FedEx or distribution to employees or outside persons. Works closely with Security Guards, FSO/Division Security Manager, ISSM, other Administrators. Responsible for ensuring compliance of all rules and procedures as written in the Client Security Procedures. Familiar with DSX or other card access programs a plus Security background a plus

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Minimum 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
-Minimum 2 years experience with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Project) and Microsoft Outlook.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80, 1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
