- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Tool Integration Analyst 4 located in Berkeley, MO
Client's Emergent Operations Team has an exciting opportunity in their machine shop for an experienced Tool Integration Analyst.
oDevelops complex project estimates and schedules.
oProvides program visibility to management and customers.
oCoordinates work off-loading and confers with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
oResolves schedule, product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level, analyze impacts and monitors workarounds.
oCreates and manages comprehensive multi-tiered project schedules for significant organization, enterprise and business unit projects.
oDirects and manages very complex project schedules.
oCoordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management.
oMonitors program costs and processes financial documents and reports.
oActs as site subject matter expert for technical content.
oLeads and oversees assignment of work packages.
oAnalyzes and coordinates resolution of errors in tooling business and product configuration systems.
oWorks under minimal direction.
Experience working with basic and complex engineering drawings and specifications, and assisting others in understanding detailed drawings and specifications
Minimum of 6 years of machine shop practices experience
Knowledge of 3D modeling software, Blue Print reading, detail part machining experience, sheet metal, post processing requirements, and small sub-assemblies.
Accredited AA degree in related discipline
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
