- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Application Access Specialist for an opening in Bellevue, WA.
This opportunity will require you to put your organization and effective communication skills to work to manage access for the Raw Material Aggregation System (RMAS). You will own and manage RMAS Access for end-users across all operational stakeholder groups. You will collaborate with client RMAS Systems, Client Operations, 3rd Party Logistics, Mills, and Participants as required in order to support the following as related to RMAS Access; submit, track, modify, and remove. You will own and manage the RMAS Access database and Access Mailbox, lead access meetings as required and document/distribute meeting minutes, track and manage follow-ups required with all stakeholder groups and assist in driving other access-related key actions/topics as related to RMAS. In collaboration with client RMAS IT, you will own creation, tracking of approvals, and distribution of all outage communications to end-users who access any part of RMAS.
• Must be fast learner, energetic, & resourceful
• Ability to Work Without Supervision
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Word
• Experience in Access database is desired
• Experience in Supply Chain Management is desired
• Ability to work cross functionally in a diverse team
• Ability to work in a high paced environment
Accredited Bachelor's degree.
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:30 AM - 4:00 AM
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by client.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
