Responsible for processes and activities within supply chain related operations and/or compliance such as regulatory compliance, systems and technology, data analytics and performance, international supply chain, operational excellence and supply base diversity. Manages, develops or supports strategic direction and tactical execution of governance (policy, procedure, processes, etc.), priorities, initiatives and related activities.
Review, prepare and monitor Small Business Subcontracting Plans. Prepare and analyze monthly AS metric reporting. Conduct annual and periodic Global Supplier Diversity training for AS, internal and external customers interface. Ensure and oversee all aspects of small business for compliance requirement in accordance with FAR 51.219. Prepare semi-annual government SF294s/SF295s and other reports, as required. Assist in compliance reviews with Defense Contract Management Agency and Small Business Administration. Assist current and new suppliers with doing business with Northrop Grumman, problem solving, submitting data. Support Global Supplier Diversity Programs including; Act as a sector representative for various local and regional trade associations; participate in trade shows, conferences and meetings.
Must have 3 Years relevant experience with Bachelors; 1 Year with Masters.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in Excel and Microsoft suite, SAP/BW and able to perform Data Analytic and critical thinking.
Bachelors or Master's degree is required.
School must be accredited.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
