- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Staffing Specialist 2 located in North Charleston, SC
Responsible for processing enterprise-wide job orders received from Client hiring managers for contingent labor positions. Reviews job opening requests for appropriate content and completeness.
Individual will be responsible for maintaining contact with contract labor suppliers to ensure qualified candidates are identified and delivered to hiring managers for down selection. As part of the hiring process, the individual will be accountable for receiving, auditing and documenting all compliance requirements. This includes government compliance requirements, performing contractor on-boarding activities and updating contractor database information that supports downstream systems. Assesses customer reporting requirements and develops report criteria/format for staffing and customer use.
Must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Beeline is a plus.

- Candidates must be able to support as needed for business needs
- Computer literate
- Preferred 3 years of manufacturing/aerospace staffing experience AND experience with contract labor
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
