Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Office Administrator Level B for an opening in Seattle, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates and processes patent file retention or destruction according to an information retention policy. Plans and implements logistics for storing retained files in offsite storage and for destroying files that will not be retained. For retained files, determines the destruction date for a box of retained files based on the dates of the patent files in the box. May need to access patent docketing system to determine destruction date. Creates and revises inventory lists of contents of boxes to go to offsite storage. Submits and processes requests to send boxes to offsite storage using Excel and online systems. Lifts boxes weighing up to about 25 pounds. Works under general supervision.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
MS Excel - Preferred
MS Outlook - Preferred

EDUCATION:
Accredited High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 4:30 AM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
