Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for an opening in Grand Rapids, MI.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but not limited to: daily invoicing, researching discrepancies, monitoring customer account balances, processing credit applications, posting payments to customer invoices/accounts, customer account reconciliations, intercompany balance confirmations and other responsibilities as assigned.
This person will be posting payments, contacting customers for balances/collections, answer simple purchase order type calls.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
The qualified candidate must be ambitious, detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills. The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment as required. Two years related accounts receivable experience is required. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
Must have accounts receivable experience.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80, Day Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
