Chipton-Ross is seeking an Operations Engineer for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client- satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. This position supports the Supply Chain Integrated Operations Team for the client Enterprise. This candidate will help integrate common SCM Operations and Practices amongst all SCM functions. This position will gain exposure to shaping the forward looking client Strategy while focusing on Operational Excellence / Standard Work throughout the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Six Sigma Black Belt required
Supply Chain 2 - 4 Years and Six Sigma 4 - 6 Years.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Process 2 - 4 Years, Statistical Analysis 2 - 4 Years, MS Visio 1 - 2 Years, and Process Flow 2 - 4 Years.

EDUCATION:
Accredited BS+9-15 YRS or MS+7-13 YRS

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time, 9/80

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
