Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
This position will support the EEO, Ethics and Diversity team and be responsible for running training completion reports, processing diversity conference award nominations, coordinating with Employee Resource Groups and Inclusion & Diversity Champions, tracking metrics associated with company demographics in support of the EEO manager. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
Must have 6 Years with Bachelors; 4 Years with Masters. Candidates submitted should have the following experience:
o Proficient in SharePoint
o Microsoft Office to include ability to write Excel formulas and build dashboards
o Run SAP/SuccessFactors reports.
o Prior experience in functional areas such as EEO, Ethics, Inclusion & Diversity.
PPE will be required. Hard hat, safety shoe, hearing protection and safety glasses
Candidates submitted must have a completed Bachelor's degree from accredited school.
7:30AM to 4PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
