6yChipton-Ross is seeking 2 Business Operations Specialist 2's for openings in Seattle, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job is to support the business/PMO team in executing general project management skills. Largely this role will be to help integrate across our major program teams and manage data and metrics that demonstrate program performance. Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis and impact mitigation. Supports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case. Supports the coordination, with direct guidance, of the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies. Assists more experienced personnel with the identification of risk and opportunity potential, developing mitigation planning and refining the business case. Meets with leadership to gain approval. Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance. Coordinates project review activity and status reporting for recurring project process and progress documentation. Performs certain elementary level project tasks and records progress in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI/PMI 99-001-2008). Develops and applies basic negotiating skills in support of various project tasks. Assists in gathering project-related information to support the creation and production of various reports.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with Scaled Agile is preferred.
Previous client experience is preferred. Other professional experience is welcomed.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
