Chipton-Ross is seeking a Front Office Coordinator for an opportunity in Redlands, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client has an opportunity for a temporary Front Office Coordinator for our Battery Products business. Under general supervision, you will perform receptionist duties and data entry.

Key Functions
Direct incoming calls
" Answer Tech support and Customer service overflow
" Distribute incoming/process outgoing Mail (U.S. Postal, FedEx, UPS)
" Order / maintain all office supplies

Process Sales Quotes / Orders / Data Entry
" Process Sales orders and warranties in ERP System
" Print Bills of Lading
" Distribute orders to shipping
Prepare / Process Invoices
" Process and verify invoicing
" Email invoices
" All filing


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
" At least a minimum of one (1) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
" Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Application tools: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
