Chipton-Ross is seeking a Maintenance Service Engineer for an opening in New Brighton, MN.
Enhancing service quality and equipment reliability by improving workflows and
optimizing maintenance processes using the "Do it right the first time"
Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment
Diagnosing breakdown problems
Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
Responding quickly to emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
Improving health and safety policies and procedures
Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning
Visiting customers¡¦ installations and performing audits
Supporting Field Service Team from the office or on site for maintenance
Other duties as assigned
Highly organized, self-starting, team oriented
Ability to plan and manage project activities and lead a project team
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong technical, operational, analytical and project management skills
Solid understanding of technical issues/needs as related to product design and
Communication: excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are required
including the ability to make technical information understood by a wide variety of
Minimum 3 years of experience in jet engine test cell design
Accredited BS Degree in a relative engineering field
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
