Chipton-Ross is seeking Test Engineers for a contract opportunity in Moorestown, NJ.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must possess an interim or active Secret clearance.
2-4 years of experience in testing and testing lab environments.
Willingness to work shifts other than first due to program priorities.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and/or systems.
Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards.
Solves hardware/software interface problems and defines input/output parameters.
Ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
Reviews, evaluates, and derives requirements for testability.
Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system-level evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance.
Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems, and systems.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in lab-based testing environments and familiarity with test planning and execution for integrated systems.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Accredited BS degree with 9-15 years of experience or MS degree with 7-13 years of experience.
WORK HOURS: 4/10-1st Shift (Willingness to work alternate shifts as needed)
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
