Chipton-Ross is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser for a contract opportunity in New Berlin, WI.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must be 18 years or older
Valid Driver`s License with a clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle with required insurance coverage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic math and inventory skills
Technical proficiency with smartphone-based tools
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain proper stock levels of Red Bull products in off-premise retail locations
Execute merchandising standards for rotation, cleanliness, and display
Set up and maintain Red Bull equipment in accordance with standards
Notify sales team of any damages, out-of-code product, or inventory issues
Build rapport with store managers and staff
Collaborate with sales team to execute promotions and in-store displays
Support compliance documentation including driver logs and mileage reports
Monitor competitor activities and report findings
Provide professional and brand-consistent representation of Red Bull in the field
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Previous merchandising experience preferred
Additional language proficiency a plus
EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

1st Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
