Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a contract opportunity in Archbald, PA.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

Ability to read and interpret diagrams, drawings, schematics, and operations sheets Experience in repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations Skilled in building precision electro-mechanical assemblies, wiring, and higher-level soldering operations Capable of operating laser wire strippers and coax wire processing equipment Ability to assemble, install, and terminate complex harnesses and assemblies Proficient in detailed soldering operations on micro and sub-miniature components

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform production assembly on electronic/mechanical assemblies such as modules, panels, drawers, frames, and cables Support the manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assemblies Work from provided documentation to assemble and test components Handle both repetitive and non-repetitive tasks with precision Utilize equipment required for harness and wire processing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assembly and micro soldering Familiarity with manufacturing harnesses and circuit card assemblies Experience in a high-precision production environment

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS:

4/10 work schedule 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST)



Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
