Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking an Office Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
2-3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or operations
Fluent in English
Experience with clerical and administrative tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of basic technology and A/V equipment
Ability to manage multiple vendors and office systems

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting guests and managing calls
Handle mail, packages, and office inquiries
Coordinate office supply and Red Bull inventory
Support meeting and event planning, cleanup, and execution
Act as the point of contact for building operations and IT coordination
Manage onboarding for new hires and oversee access, alarm codes, and lockers
Support the Southeast BU SVP & GM with administrative tasks
Maintain shared office spaces and ensure brand representation
Manage fleet vehicles and vendor payments

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Additional language skills a plus
Experience managing social or team-building events
Familiarity with city regulatory requirements like business licenses

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS:
25 hours/week, part-time weekdays


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
