Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple FPGA Design/Verification Engineers for a remote contract opportunity.
This position is 100% remote.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Experience with Microchip FPGAs
Experience with Microchip tools
Experience developing, testing, and integrating FPGA platforms
Experience with embedded processors on FPGA platforms
Experience automating and developing scripts to improve FPGA development efforts
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform ASIC and FPGA development and updates on a satellite FPGA
Support design, simulation, integration, and testing of complex, high-speed products
Collaborate cross-discipline with Software Engineers and other FPGA engineers
Contribute to embedded processor-based FPGA design and verification
Use COTS-based control platforms for embedded design work
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with RTG4 design and debugging
Experience with high-speed interfaces
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Accredited BS+6-10 YRS or MS+4-8 YRS
WORK HOURS:
5/40 work schedule
1st Shift (Monday-Friday)
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
