Chipton-Ross is seeking an EDI Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity in Deerfield, IL.
This position is hybrid: onsite during training, then 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in EDI
At least 1 year of customer-facing or customer service experience
Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML
Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools
Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange and compliance with regulations (DSCSA, HIPAA, GS1)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain documentation accurately
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and/or support development of key EDI initiatives
Support customer onboarding and technical development
Identify and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DSCSA, and Baxter privacy/security policies
Collaborate with IT, suppliers, and customers to drive initiatives
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Client systems and policies is a plus
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
HYBEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
