Chipton-Ross is seeking an Account Manager for a contract opportunity in Santa Monica, CA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
3-5 years of experience in an executive support function
Superior communication and presentation skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Professional presence and ability to work with executives across functions
Experience managing complex calendars, appointments, and global time zones
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategic communication and administrative support to the On Premise Key Account Leadership team
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups across cross-functional teams
Manage HUB/shared drives, expenses, invoice processing, procurement, and logistics
Act as liaison for internal/external stakeholders; manage travel and appointments
Track strategic initiatives and ensure deliverables and timelines are met
Support event planning, especially trade events, to meet Red Bull's executional standards
Maintain alignment with Red Bull's brand tone and visual identity
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in CPG marketing
Understanding of business insights and category management principles
Strong analytical and business acumen
Proven success in facilitating high-level meetings and communications
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
1st Shift
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
