Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.
This position is 100% remote.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Working knowledge of P2P and SAP
Experience in developing analytical models and measurement criteria
Ability to collect, analyze, and report on data using interactive dashboards
Working understanding of Tableau
Proficiency in SharePoint development
Ability to create executive-level metrics and reports
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete metric creation requests from senior leadership and team members
Develop analytical models to predict trends and trigger preventive actions
Configure and perform metric collection and reporting for Space Supply Chain Quality (SCQ)
Produce monthly performance metrics for executive and customer presentations
Build dashboards to measure and improve performance
Collect and analyze weekly data to drive supplier defect reduction
Identify areas for cost savings through operations transformation initiatives
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Proficient in Client Procure to Pay (P2P) and SAP
Advanced Tableau development
Expertise in Excel formulas
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Background in supply chain processes and supplier management
Exposure to AI-driven data modeling
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree
WORK HOURS:
Part-Time
1st Shift
20 hours per week
RMTEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
