- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Merchandiser for a contract opportunity in Conway, SC.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle with minimum insurance coverage. Strong verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, proficiency with smartphone technology, strong observational and analytical skills, and excellent organizational and time management skills are all required.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Merchandiser will be responsible for servicing large and small-format off-premise retail accounts, ensuring Red Bull products are properly rotated, stocked, and merchandised according to brand standards. This includes executing Red Bull merchandising routines, maintaining clean and premium displays, minimizing out-of-code or damaged products, and building rapport with store managers. The Merchandiser will collaborate with sales team members to execute new programs, sell in large displays, and identify opportunities such as out-of-stock alerts and competitive product movements. The role also includes documenting compliance records, participating in training, and providing professional representation of the Red Bull brand through responsible in-market presence.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Previous merchandising or retail stocking experience is strongly preferred. Experience using smartphone apps and interacting with customers in a retail environment is helpful.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
AccreditedHigh School Diploma or GED
WORK HOURS:
Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Expected 35 hours/week.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
