Chipton-Ross is seeking a Benefits Specialist 3 for a hybrid (onsite/remote) opportunity in Maryland Heights, MO.

Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client is seeking a Benefits Specialist. The successful candidate will provide be the sole Benefits Specialist for an organization of close to 500 employees with domestic and some international benefits. The person will be responsible for not only the day-to-day administration of the programs but making recommendations around new benefit opportunities to consider.

o Administers benefit programs.
o Provides employee support on benefit and leave related issues.
o Maintains knowledge of compliance initiatives, trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in benefits including both domestic and international.
o Makes recommendations on designing and implementation of benefit plans.
o Manages benefit costs.
o Communicates benefits information to leadership and employees.
o Works with insurance providers and vendors to resolve employee issues.
o Analyzes and reports on benefits data.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
o We will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Proficiency with Workday and ADP Workforce Now.
o Advanced proficiency with Excel.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
8AM (flexible as needed)

ADDITIONAL:

Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
