Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking an Industrial Engineer for a contract opportunity in Ocala, FL.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
4-6 years of experience with:
" CCA/ECA's and SMT/PTH manufacturing
" Value Stream Mapping and 6S
" Waste Elimination and Lean Manufacturing principles
" Industrial Engineering practices and methods
" AutoCAD software
" Cost studies and analysis
" Plant layout and space utilization
" Process flow design and optimization


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and design workflows and operational sequences to improve production efficiencies.
Establish methods to maximize utilization of facilities, equipment, and personnel.
Support accident prevention measures and training programs.
Conduct cost control, inventory control, and production records studies.
Develop plans for facility modifications and operational method revisions.
Assist facilities engineers with facility design and planning.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree

WORK HOURS:
4/10 Work schedule
1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
