Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking an Audit Pharmacist for a contract opportunity in Cincinnati, OH.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must hold a Kentucky pharmacist license.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Maintain all appropriate record keeping and licensing in compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
o Review, update and adhere to pharmacy protocols and procedures in compliance with all applicable regulatory agency regulations.
o Report prescription sample audit results and complete retrospective reviews as required by BoPs.
o Maintain updated copy of all electronic reference material (ie. Drugs and Comparisons)
o Communication of issues to appropriate Baxter management.
o Participates in continuous improvement processes by providing input for procedural changes.
o Other duties related to Pharmacy as assigned or as required by the Board of Pharmacy.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Education must be accredited.

WORK HOURS:
Part Time - 6 hours per week as needed

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
