Description: Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Structural Analysis Engineers (Level 1) for a hybrid (remote/onsite) opportunity in Ridley Park, PA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Civil Engineering. Structural Analysis Experience, classical analysis and finite element analysis experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs limited structural analysis using well defined analysis tools to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications. Participates in various test activities substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied. Works under close supervision.
Day-to-day activities they will be working on:
Philadelphia Design Center (PDC) supports aerospace programs throughout the Client enterprise including: 787, Airforce-1, Autonomous Systems, F-18, Space Launch Systems, Starliner, etc.…
PDC stress analysts provide substantiation for critical Client programs.
Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Aerospace analysis experience.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g., Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

TRAVEL
Possible minor domestic travel depending on SOW.

WORK HOURS:
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 6:00 AM-3:00 PM/9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. HYB
: Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
