Chipton-Ross is seeking a Software Engineer for a hybrid contract opportunity inCape Canaveral, FL.
Must be able to support the Cape Canaveral, FL site at least 1 day a week.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Experienced Agile Product Owner.
- Experienced in software application backlog management.
- Experienced in software application roadmap development.
- Experienced with Software Application stakeholder communication.
- Experience with Jira.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Experienced in SAFe (scaled agile framework) practices.
- Experienced in software application user support.
- Experienced in software engineer.
- Experience with Confluence.
- Knowledge with applying DOD cybersecurity controls.
- Experience with managing a project budget.
- Experience with developing and maintain a IMS (integrated master schedule).
- General understanding of software engineering for application development and sustainment.
- Experience with Software Testing.
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master (SM).
- Software configure management.
- General understanding of DevOps.
- General understanding of software configuration management.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree.
WORK HOURS:
4/10-1st Shift
ADDITIONAL:
Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a secret clearance. HYBEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
