Chipton-Ross is seeking 7 Employee Development Specialist 3's for a contract opportunity in Auburn, WA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Regular and predictable attendance is required.
o Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites and/or Quality Systems
o Be able to support off-shift as necessary.

The Client is currently seeking Experienced Employee Development Specialists to join their group in Auburn, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites and/or Quality Systems who has a passion for training the next generation of skilled workers. This position supports our internal New Hire Onboarding program and foundational skills instruction.

o Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (e.g. preparation, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.).
o Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content.
o Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods.
o Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations.
o Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors.
o Analyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

ADDITIONAL:
Are you okay with out-of-state candidates? Yes, must relocate at own expense.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
