Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Assemblers for a contract opportunity in Oldsmar, FL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Ability to read and interpret prints, labeling diagrams, and mixing ratios
Experience operating dispensing and coating machines
Ability to mask/tape circuit boards and inspect coating coverage
Experience maintaining coating and dispensing machines
Manual touch-up and removal of excess coating
Experience transporting circuit boards through manufacturing processes
Knowledge of potting, bonding, coating compounds, and encapsulation
Ability to replenish chemicals and perform chemical cleaning
Experience applying spray coats, lubricants, and insulated tape
Familiarity with general housekeeping and safety practices


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform manual and machine-assisted assembly tasks
Inspect and maintain high-quality coating and potting standards
Support production flow by transporting and preparing assemblies
Maintain and clean equipment and work area
Follow detailed work instructions and complete assigned tasks

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Artistic background or strong attention to detail (e.g., nail techs, graphic artists, car wrap specialists)
Experience with blueprint reading and basic computer skills
Familiarity with paint process techniques and wire harness print reading

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or Equivalent

WORK HOURS:
4/10 work schedule
1st Shift
Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST
Overtime available on weekends

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
