Chipton-Ross is seeking a Integrated Scheduler (Level 2) for a contract opportunity in Berkeley, MO.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans. Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case. Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance. Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules. Identifies and provide reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team. Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.Duties may include (but are not limited to):
• Prepares, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes and maintains, integrated plans and schedules for proposals, projects, programs and major initiatives at all levels across functional value streams to meet program and/or project objectives.
• Tracks, plans, schedules and performs risk analysis for projects, programs and change activities throughout the lifecycle of a program.
• Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints and plans involving product development, production rates, process improvement, or program initiatives.
• Develops the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting elements, and drives program planning in support of Program requirements and objectives.
• Performs integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners.
• Identifies, analyzes and reports schedule performance variances. Performs schedule-related risk and opportunity analyses and provides potential solutions to management.
• Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates in relevant documentation where appropriate.
• Performs schedule, event and change impact analysis.
• Oversees implementation planning for change requirements and ensures commitment of stakeholders.
• Develops and posts planning, scheduling and change related metrics/reports.
• Maintains disciplined revision control of all planning/schedule baselines.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• This particular position will be in support of Tooling Scheduling, where tasks specifically include:
• Scheduling of tool orders across multiple platforms and Programs (utilizing Manufacturing Execution, Tooling scheduling, and Demand systems.)
• Work with various stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Tooling Design, Program focals, Manufacturing Engineering, and more) to ensure alignment of tool orders for when work can be done in accordance with the Program need
• Develop Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks for Program Critical Tools and help the Control Account Manager (CAM) oversee implementation (systems like MS Project and OPP)
• Work with Tooling Managers (CAMs) and their delegates, to understand their tasks in the IMS
• Build reports and share analysis of data to applicable managers as needed to drive decisions
• Raise awareness when plans start slipping or if seeing potential impact to downstream customers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Microsoft - Project; experience in Supply Chain; Production Management; Program Management; Project Management; Risk Assessment; Experience with MRP or other demand systems
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Minimum of a AA Degree from an Accredited College.
WORK HOURS
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
