- Chipton-Ross is seeking an IT Analyst for a contract opportunity in Topeka, KS.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse environment
Understanding of IT hardware and technical terms
Experience using a ticketing or inventory management system
Ability to lift, move, and carry 10–50 lbs consistently
Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage warehouse operations for IT hardware lifecycle processes
Ship, receive, distribute, track, and reconcile POs and service requests
Facilitate data disposition and ensure compliance with NERC/CIP regulations
Act as liaison between ITAM and other departments for hardware deployment
Support hardware lifecycle management policies and procedures
Assist with hardware-related purchases and documentation
Perform IT data analysis using Excel, PeopleSoft, and ServiceNow
Prioritize and complete ServiceNow tasks based on criticality
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
General understanding of SOX compliance
Experience in IT asset management or related support roles
Familiarity with NERC CIP compliance requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or Equivalent

Full-Time
1st Shift
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
