Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Assemblers for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
Mechanical assembly experience
Ability to read engineering drawings
Familiarity with assembly processes
Experience using hand and/or power tools and jigs
Ability to perform continuity checks and quality inspections
Experience working from diagrams and drawings
Ability to disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test assemblies
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies
Assemble modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables
Conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications
Support prototype and experimental builds under simulated conditions
Use torque tools and follow detailed instructions for layout and build
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience building Single Bay Racks
Attention to detail and precision in mechanical work
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or Equivalent
WORK HOURS:
4/10 work schedule
1st ShiftEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
