Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Assemblers for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must have previous experience as an electromechanical assembler utilizing IPC-620 standards
Experience with:
• Crimping open and closed barrels
• Coax (BNC's, Virginia or Mac Panel)
• Soldering
• Solder sleeves
• Daisy chains
• Solder splices
Ability to perform self-inspections and recognize acceptable vs. defective work
Ability to follow work instructions and interpret drawings

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build electromechanical subassemblies in a production setting
Perform self-inspections and ensure quality standards are met
Follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
Support efficient production through proper cable routing and torque application

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies
Understanding of torque tool setup and usage
Experience with cable routing including bend radius, service loops, and wire dressing

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or Equivalent

WORK HOURS:
4/10 work schedule
1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
