Chipton-Ross is seeking a SAP S4/Hana Systems Analyst (Level 4) for a hybrid/contract opportunity in Seattle, WA or Chandler, AZ, Long Beach, CA, Miami, FL, St. Louis City, MO and Dallas, TX (secondary locations).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• 8-12 years of hands-on SAP GTS experience with strong configuration expertise
• Candidate should have done minimum 2-3 global implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of international trade compliance regulations, customs procedures, and trade finance.
• Extensive integration experience with SAP SD, MM, EHS, FI and SAP TM.
• Proven ability to gather application specific project requirements, participate in workshops, launch discussions with architects, and drive detailed application design in SAP S4Hana
• Experience on S/4 HANA, aware of differences between various releases and new innovations that are brought in each of the S/4HANA release
• In depth knowledge of SAP module specific User exits, batch jobs and standard SAP reports.
• Familiar with Supply Chain business models, and Fiori UI.
• Understanding of business functionalities in Aerospace and Defense industry would be an added advantage
• Relevant SAP Certifications in SAP EWM is an added advantage.
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skill.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects and developers to implement SAP projects. This position will focus on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S4 Hana technology.
Duties may include (but are not limited to):
• Act as the primary point of contact for all GTS-related processes.
• Responsible for leading requirements validation, workshops, development of functional design, design functional and UAT test scripts, and assisting with training development
• Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems
• Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation
• Ability to handle and lead the development of WRICEF objects independently in collaboration with ABAP team
• SAP GTS Configuration: Customize and configure the SAP GTS module to align with the company’s global trade compliance requirements, including tariff classification, SPL, export control, import/export compliance, and product classification.
• Compliance Management: Lead the design and implementation of compliance processes, including sanctioned party list screening, embargo checks, and legal control, ensuring adherence to global trade regulations.
• Customs Management: Drive the configuration and optimization of import/export declaration processes and customs procedures to support efficient and compliant cross-border operations.
• Risk Management: Oversee the setup of product classification, preference determination, and origin management to reduce duty costs and ensure regulatory alignment across regions.
• Enable seamless integration with government platforms by configuring electronic filing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of trade documents.
• Trade Compliance Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain effective trade compliance processes, including import/export documentation, embargo/sanction list screening, and restricted party screening.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the SAP GTS system, including the maintenance of product master data, customs information, and compliance documentation.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues to enhance their understanding of SAP GTS functionality, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about changes in international trade regulations and trade compliance laws to ensure the company’s ongoing compliance and make necessary system adjustments.
• Troubleshooting: Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting SAP GTS-related issues and implementing solutions to resolve system and process discrepancies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• Bachelor's degree or higher

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)experience.

TRAVEL
Possible domestic travel 5%

WORK HOURS
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
