Chipton-Ross is seeking aS4 Hana Production Planning (SAP PP) Expert (Level 3) for a hybrid/contract opportunity in Seattle, WA or Chandler, AZ, Long Beach, CA, Miami, FL, St. Louis City, MO and Dallas, TX (secondary locations).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• At least 8 to 10 years of overall business experience in SAP Production Planning with 8+ years in SAP PP Consulting with implementation experience, including at least one E2E full life cycle implementation in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience with SAP Production Planning in large, complex business environments, particularly in the Aerospace and Defense industry is a added advantage
• Experience of S/4 HANA and should be well aware of the S/4HANA roadmap, aware of differences
• between various releases and new innovations that are brought in each of the S/4HANA release.
• Sound knowledge of working with Interfaces.
• In depth knowledge of SAP module specific User exits, batch jobs and standard SAP reports.
• Thorough understanding of SAP Production planning including material master, latest MRP Types/lot sizing procedures,back flush,range of coverage,scrap and FIORI apps,MRP areas, all relevant values in MRP view,BOMS -technical type of boms-lead time off set,item cateogarise,work centers-control keys,capacity levelling and evaluvation ,Routing and advanced routing knowledge , strategy groups in depth, Usage of stock requirements, all relevant sap PP configurations.
• In Depth Understanding of special planning procedures along with interchangeability functionality
• In Depth Understanding of Discrete and repetitive manufacturing along with associated configurations
• In Depth knowledge of central function activities ECM/OCM/Batch, handling and serial number management
• Integration touch points with Sales/Procurement/Costing /Quality and Plant maintenance
• Working knowledge with WBS
• Fundamental knowledge of S4 Hana PPDS.
• Good to have – SAP Quality Management

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects and developers to implement SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) modules. This position will focus on implementation and support of SAP projects and Products. Duties may include (but are not limited to):
• Responsible for Conducting Workshops and Contribute towards process solutioning
• Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs (vendor consultants) on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems for projects and products
• Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation
• Translating Functional Specifications into Application design documents, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancements, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts, Perform Unit tests and integration tests
• Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues
• Exposure to usage of SAP Solution Manager
• Ability to handle and lead the development of WRICEF objects independently in collaboration with ABAP team.
• Exposure to SAP Project Systems
• Certifications in either SAP PS or S/4 HANA will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods
• Contribute for overall project management plan using SAP Activate methodology
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and FIORI
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• Bachelor's degree or higher

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

TRAVEL
Possible domestic travel 5%

WORK HOURS
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
