Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Production Test Technician for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
2-4 years of related work expereince
Experience with electronic assembly and electrical testing
Experience with electronic testing and troubleshooting of circuit card assemblies (CCAs)
Ability to set up test apparatus and conduct tests following established procedures
Experience adjusting and calibrating systems, modifying equipment, and replacing components
Ability to use hand and small power tools, measuring and testing devices
Experience analyzing test results and evaluating product performance
Ability to assist engineers in developing test procedures and recommending improvements
Familiarity with quality verification and statistical process control

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Test and troubleshoot CCA units for production and depot electronic equipment
Adjust, calibrate, and modify electronic systems as needed
Perform continuity and performance checks
Support design and development of test procedures for new products
Recommend product improvements or manufacturing modifications
Document and monitor test results and quality metrics

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in a production or depot environment
Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or Equivalent

WORK HOURS:
4/10 work schedule
1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
