Chipton-Ross is seeking a Production Lead for a contract opportunity in Huntington Beach, CA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
Understanding of production workflows and job tracking
Experience managing inventory and quoting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
Strong communication and leadership skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable learning and using project and inventory management systems

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a liaison between the front office and machine shop floor
Track and prioritize production schedules to ensure timely project completion
Maintain and manage website products, orders, and customer service
Support inventory organization and management
Communicate with vendors, customers, and subcontractors to meet timelines
Create purchase orders and prepare orders for fulfillment
Assist with order intake and quoting using project management software
Maintain and create internal manuals
Serve as a point of contact for vendors and subcontract laborers

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with quoting for inventory
Experience in administrative and operational support roles
Familiarity with lean business models and small business operations

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or Equivalent

WORK HOURS:
Full-time schedule
Monday–Friday

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
