Chipton-Ross is seeking 3 Employee Development Specialist (Level 3) for a contract opportunity in North Charleston, SC.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• Must know how to navigate a computer (Microsoft Suite)
• Must have good communication skills and knowledge transfer
• Experience in instructing adult learning
• Have good presentation skills.
• Have good leadership skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to demonstrate hand tool usage & techniques.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Conducts Test Proctoring. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• Aviation/Mechanical background (2 years min.)

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

WORK HOURS
FULL TIME/VARIABLE SHIFT; Shift dependent on business needs.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
