Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Full-Stack Web Developers for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
8+ years of experience in full-stack development
Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
Strong experience with Drizzle ORM or similar database schema management tools
Deep understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Agile development experience (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong communication and team collaboration skills

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop responsive UI components using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
Collaborate on database schema design and data model implementation
Lead code peer reviews and enforce best practices
Investigate and resolve technical issues
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of growth
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of security best practices and hands-on security testing
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Playwright, Jest, or Mocha

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education

4/10 work schedule
1st Shift HYB

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
