Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a contract opportunity in Archbald, PA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
High School Diploma Previous experience in wiring and cable assembly Previous experience with circuits and soldering Background in electrical assembly (desired) Technical degree (desired)POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies Build precision electro-mechanical assemblies, including wiring and soldering Support the manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assemblies Operate equipment such as laser wire strippers and coax wire processing tools Assemble, install, and terminate complex harnesses and assemblies Perform detailed soldering operations on micro and sub-miniature components Work from diagrams, drawings, schematics, and operation sheetsREQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or EquivalentWORK HOURS:
4/10 work schedule 1st Shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
