Chipton-Ross is seeking a SAP Technical MDG for a hybrid/contract opportunity in Dallas, TX.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Minimum 6 Years Experience in SAP ECC, S4
Technical Bachelor's degree
Experience in full lifecycle MDG implementations on S4 Hana
MM, BP and OG data Modeling (End-to-end extension of data model includes entity/Custom Data Model)
UI Modelling (including enhancement of standard UIs)
BRF+ workflows
Validations and Derivations (using BRF+ , BADIs (Single and cross-entity), DQM)
Data Replication (Configuration, Setup using Webservices and activation, Setting up filters etc.) and configuring Idoc replications
MDG Consolidation
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
A successful candidate will need to have excellent knowledge in Supplier master Data Development , as this position will focus on working directly with the Global distributed teams of Functional Analysts and Architects and also with various heterogeneous systems including SAP S/4, ECC, MDG, GTS across all business units within the company. This role also demands individual with great collaboration and communication skills and the ability to drive and help the team. Duties may include (but are not limited to):
o Ability to facilitate the workshops with Business and IT stake holders to gather requirements and align on MM Data governance process
o Supports testing and automation teams during the different testing phases
o Support the business for Pre/Post load activities during the Data conversion and cutover
o Experienced in creating detailed Configuration documents and Functional Design documents including process flows, integration requirement
o Hands-on experience with Data replication techniques using DRF framework
o Familiarity with MDG consolidation and Mass processing techniques to handle bulk data changes and validations
o Collaborate with the data conversion team to define the business rules to eliminate duplicate records and data quality improvement
o Play a key role in supporting and troubleshooting MDG MM issues on the production environment.
o Participating in project cut over activities such as Redbook entries and validating the TRs.
o Deep knowledge on the change request process to ensure Governance, Validation and approvals controls are enforced
o Working with Business stakeholders to define the business rules around data quality, consistency, and compliance across various business processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Excellent understanding of the SAP S/4HANA & MDG data models
Strong understanding of the SAP Activate Methodology
Proficient in Data Management Principles and Master Data
Experience working on Odata API, RAP
Good Understanding of SAP Eco system including not limited to SAP S4, MDG, GTS etc.
Understand SAP Best practices for SAP Master & Transaction Data
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Accredited Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 7 or more years’ or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
WORK HOURS
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM HYBEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
