Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Analyst for a contract opportunity in Tulsa, OK.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Basic troubleshooting and repair skills in electrical, plumbing, walls, and floors
Experience using ladders and lifts
Understanding of health and safety regulations and industrial standards (NFPA, DOT, ANSI, OSHA)
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to develop job knowledge and skills

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience using a facility and equipment CMMS (e.g., Faciliworks)
Certifications in OSHA, NFPA, EPA, HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on facility equipment and grounds
Conduct routine inspections of fire safety systems, facility structures, and grounds
Perform basic carpentry and maintenance tasks
Coordinate with vendors for contracted work
Support limited maintenance on manufacturing equipment

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
– or –
2-year post-secondary/Associate’s degree with 0–2 years of related experience

WORK HOURS:
9/80 work schedule
Start time: 7:30 AM CST

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
