Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Test Technicians for a contract opportunity in Chelmsford, MA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
High School Diploma or GED Basic computer skills for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Experience with electrical and/or microelectronics testing preferred Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment Must be able to read and write English Must pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide Interim Secret Clearance required to start (supplier must initiate clearance process at offer stage)POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards Use manual and automated test equipment Follow process/work instructions and test plans to ensure product quality Use measuring instruments and electronic test equipment Document test results and generate reports Assist in improving test procedures and troubleshooting assemblies Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience with LEAN manufacturing Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliabilityREQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or EquivalentWORK HOURS:
4/10 work schedule 2nd Shift Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM EST Overtime may be available Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
