Chipton Ross is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Wauwatosa, WI.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Coordinator learns the interworking of the Supply Chain function by completing inventory movements, data reconciliation and validation. Executes SAP transactions and contributes to ad-hoc reporting.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or Technical field preferred)
o 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service
o ERP Experience (SAP strongly preferred)
o Experience in Transportation Management Systems preferred
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
o Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards is a plus
o Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
o Proficiency in data manipulation; strong attention to detail and accuracy
o Ability to follow processes and routine activities

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Supply Chain Operations for plants, tolling operations, and import of product supporting client's Industrial business in the US and Canada, including:(60%)
o Execute daily entries and routine transactions related to SAP (inventory, QC, imports, master data, third party transactional support, etc.), TMS load planning, execute purchasing receipts, invoice processing and equipment tracking for client and third-party sites.
o Perform tasks associated with equipment fleet coordination, product reclaim, etc.
o Validate and process vendor invoices
o Serve as NAFTA coordinator as required
o Participate in supply chain projects as needed. Support the Sales and Operations Planning, Execution Process by managing the following activities: (30%)
o Reconcile inventory, execute SAP transactions
o Monitor stock levels vs. stock targets. Support Supply Chain initiatives, reporting, including digitalization: (10%)
o Extract and organize data for ad hoc reporting
o Coordinate swaps and trading agreements as instructed by SC leader
o Assist with the adaptation of tools by the broader organization.
o Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of digital initiatives, reporting, and process improvement
o This position is based in Wauwatosa, WI -onsite . Limited to no travel is expected in this position
o This position is a focal point for the business and manufacturing, and works as a liaison between Global Supply Chain, Business Managers, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory, Third Party terminals, warehouses, suppliers, competitors and carriers, etc. to optimize all aspects of the regional supply chain
o This position leads necessary activities to ensure the operating plans can be executed and meet the commercial demands, and lead activities to resolve problems that do occur
o Supports the site HES policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements
o Participates in HES activities provided by site management and client (e.g., Behavioral Base Safety, SafeStart, etc.)
o Supports and promotes the reporting of all health, safety, environmental, near-miss, accident or injury incidents

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or Technical field preferred) Accredited high school diploma or equivalent required.

WORK HOURS:
First shift, full time. Hybrid requiring 3 days on site per week.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
