Chipton-Ross is seeking an Admin Functional Support 3 for a contract opportunity in Newport News, VA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or experience.
Work independently; Punctual; Team player; EMR (Electronic Medical Record) preferred; Medical background/terminology.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
This role will support the NNS health providers in the Clinic. The employee will perform various clinical and administrative duties such as but not limited to:
o Room setup for patients;
o Set up equipment and instruments;
o Maintaining sterile technique as required;
o Assist providers with performing, exams and procedures;
o Collect data/initiate/complete EMR and help process paperwork; Provide instructions to patients/employees,
o Sterilize equipment,
o Measures vital signs.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school or equivalent is required.
School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS:
5/40 work week, 2nd Shift 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.
