Chipton Ross is seeking a Labeling Project Leader II for a contract opportunity in Skaneateles, NY.
JOB SUMMARY:
This role will be responsible for leading and executing several key projects under the client Front Line Care (FLC) organization under minimal supervision.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

o Proven Track Record to Complete Projects
o Ability to use Microsoft Office
o Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
o 3 - 5 years of experience running Projects required
o PMP, preferred
o Regulated Industry experience preferred
o Experience working on projects related to labeling updates, preferred
o Experience in Trackwise, SAP, preferred
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Identify key project members and milestones required to the project (Project Scoping)
o Work cross functionally with internal and external parties (R&D, Technical Communications, Suppliers, etc.)
o Provide updates on project status on a weekly basis
o Execute projects to closure in a timely manner
o Ensure that output meets the project intent once closed
o Document all project key decisions and evidence of milestone completions, that the project documentation is auditable and compliant to all Medical Device Industry requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree required
WORK HOURS:
09:00AM - 05:00PM
Hybrid position, required to work onsite 3 days per week.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
