Chipton-Ross is seeking a UX Designer for a remote contract opportunity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• 3+ years of UX experience.
• Proven ability to independently conduct user research, including determining research needs, writing research questions, and presenting findings to leadership and development teams.
• Experience with information architecture, visual design, and working with asset libraries.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our ADDER team and establish our UX practice. As a founding member of our UX team, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience for our cutting-edge customer-facing data governance and data management interface.
Role Description:
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and the development team to design and deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating information architecture, and developing visual designs that meet the needs of our customers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• Experience with large-scale websites and complex applications.
• Prior experience with Data Governance or Data Management platforms.
• Direct customer interaction experience to understand needs and requirements.
• Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
WORK HOURS:
4/10 RMTEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
