Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Management Specialist 3 for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project. Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers. Fluent in excel, teams, and one note. Excellent communication skills.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives. Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project. Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers. Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.


Day-to-day activities they will be working on: E-UM project Manager, program requirements focal for Cabin Systems, KPI's/Metrics for Cabin Systems. This role will require excellent communication skills as it will be to bring key stakeholders together form different organizations to accomplish end goals.

Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
