Chipton-Ross is seeking an Experienced Agile Release Train Engineer for a remote contract position.

REQUIREMENTS
- Requires Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree required at minimum.
- 6+ years of Agile Transformation coaching experience
- 6+ years of Intermediate to advanced Jira Experience
- Demonstrated self-starter who can take initiative and work independently with minimal direction and oversight
- Strong collaboration and effective communications skills
- Demonstrated acumen working in a virtual organization
- Active Secret Clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES
This is not a typical Software Engineering position.
Job Title: Release Train Engineer (RTE)
The RF Sensor Product Center (RFS PC) is looking for an Experienced Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) with at least 6+ years of experience.
Candidate will Telework Full Time with approximately 25% travel.
This individual is expected to:
- Work and collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO), Solution Train, and peer RTEs
- Provide oversight to teams by identifying and resolving bottlenecks across the entire solution
- Be a change agent for Agile Transformation
- Provide coaching to result in decentralized decision-making, alignment, and coordination for the Solution Train
- Ensuring that the program is outcome driven
- Monitor the solution health via appropriate metrics
- Facilitates large solution-level events
- Support PI Planning Events
- Coordinate Product and Solution Delivery
- Ensure continuous process improvement cadences are value-driven for the solution

DESIRED
- Domain experience with business development and/or software development processes and capabilities
- Experience with Jira plugins such as Structure and Agile Hive

EDUCATION
Bachelor's in Engineering required

MISCELLANEAOUS
Active Secret Clearance Required

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
