Chipton Ross is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant for a contract opportunity in Deerfield, IL.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Executive Assistant plays a meaningful role on the team, providing dedicated support to executives as well provide support for their function as a whole . You will have exposure to senior levels of the organization, partnering with other Executive Assistants and external stakeholders will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Our client's Kidney Care Finance function supports business leaders to engage with healthcare providers, patients, and regulators to address unmet medical needs through innovation, evidence generation and evidence dissemination in order to optimizes the impact and ensure patient safety of our client's products and therapies. The organization consists of employees throughout the world who work with a wide range of cross functional and external partners to ensure optimal and safe use of our client's products and therapies to save and sustain lives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o HS Diploma required; Associates' degree or professional certification preferred
o 4+ years of experience at Executive Assistant or Sr. Executive Assistant level
o Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with senior leadership internally and externally
o Excellent organization and project management skills; Identify new solutions to complex problems. Understand available resources and deliver on short notice.
o Experience working with Global teams and internal/external business partners
o Must possess outstanding critical thinking skills, exercise sound business judgment; results and solutions oriented supporting a fast-paced frequently changing environment; ability to work independently and identify proactive solutions to sophisticated situations (especially when dealing with ambiguity); Quickly and decisively takes action in fast-changing, unpredictable situations. Demonstrate exceptional anticipation skills, ability to grasp the big picture yet track operational detail.
Shows a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations; is exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities.
o Leader; go-to resource for admin team. Ability to motivate others and manage differences.
o Exceptional Outlook calendar management/scheduling skills
o Exceptional knowledge of Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and computers/systems
o Highly proficient in invoice/PO processing
o Exceptional knowledge of Zoom, WebEx, Teams and video conferencing. Adjusts with new technology and shifts in business strategy.
o Leadership role providing administrative support/management of internal and external events as requested.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Coordinate/manage schedules for corporate leaders.
o Build/prepare correspondence and complex presentations. Develop database/spreadsheets.
o Coordinate global and domestic travel arrangements, including air, ground transportation, hotels, visas/passports, and meeting coordination
o Prepare expense reports; manage department credit line for purchases. Apply and implement internal policies and provide training as needed.
o Support departmental projects and projects manage/event coordinate departmental meetings and events which could include both in-person or virtual or mixed events.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited high school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree or certification preferred.

WORK HOURS:
Mon - Thurs onsite; WFH on Friday
Typical hours: Roughly 08:00PM - 05:00OM; may need to adjust some days

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
